My name is Assem Baidauletova. I am a makeup artist based in Los Angeles, originally from Kazakhstan. I have been working in the beauty industry since 2015. For 4 years, I had my own beauty studio in my hometown. In 2020, I moved to the United States, and since 2022, I have been building my career as a makeup artist here in LA.

Makeup has always been my passion. It's my way to connect with people and tell stories through beauty. I love creating looks that enhance natural features and reflect the personality of each client.

Throughout my career in the U.S., I have had the opportunity to work alongside top makeup artists like Hung Vanngo and Emily Cheng, assisting them on red carpet events, fashion shoots, and editorial campaigns with A-list celebrities. These experiences helped me to grow and understand the high standards of the beauty and fashion industry.

I work for all kinds of events — fashion, beauty, advertising, red carpet, grooming, and weddings. My style is clean and elegant, but I always adapt to the client's needs, whether it's a bold editorial look or fresh, glowing skin for an everyday vibe. I believe makeup should highlight who you are, not cover you up.
